Kate Spade handbag

There's a Kate Spade handbag for sale at my local charity shop. It's lovely a kind of black boxy leather bag with a subtle logo on the front.

I've never heard of this designer before and wondered if anyone had? It's £35 and I have no idea how to check if it's fake or not. Anyone know and is that a good price???? Thought my DH could get it as my xmas gift but obviously not wanting to get fake...

Kate Spade is an American brand, very good one, so yes sounds like a good price.

But only buy it IF YOU LIKE IT!

Sounds like a conplete bargain, I love Kate Spade bags. A colleague used to save up to treat herself to one each time she went to NY for work.

Go to the Purseforum (not on mumsnet; google it) to see if its a fake.

I have a KS bag bought in NY, that boxy shape is her trade mark.

Get it! I love Kate Spade, but only if they're massively discounted. Sounds like a bargain!
