Above the knee skirt

I spent a fruitless two hours yesterday on Oxford St trying to find a skirt that skims just above the knee (not mini) that's either floaty or full, so it goes out from the waist and will cover a multitude of sins. In my head it would be a warm, reddish colour to offset a nice black top, but that's not essential. Has anyone seen anything similar to this?

Would this burgundy lantern skirt from Oasis work? It looks short on the model but she's 5ft 10 so it could be a good length. It's rather 'daytime' though, I'm not sure if you want something dressier. Hope this helps.

That's lovely, but I think it's going to be a bit on the short side. Maybe that's the leggy model wearing it though! Think I need something a wee bit longer.
