Where does Kate Moss get her highlights done?

I really like her highlights, her hair looks super glossy and honey blond without being the tone being brassy or face-draining. Have googled but couldn't find out. Mentioned the guy who cut her fringe a while back, but am interested in the colour. TIA!

OK, thanks. Saw he does her cut, so wasn't sure about the colour. I checked out his webpage and there is no salon info. Does he still have a salon? Well, what I would really like is to know her colour formula!!! Any hairdressers out there with inside info???
