Help! Bridesmaid/flower girl shoes. Ivory. Size 4. Can't find any.

DD needs shoes for a wedding in two weeks. All very last minute. slight panic.

Can't find any suitable ivory bridesmaid shoes in a size 4. She is 10 and has slim feet so ballerinas are out.
It seems like everywhere only does wedding shoes in summer or has sold out of her size.

Any ideas? Prefer some sort of strap to keep them on. She's a 41/2 really but most only do full size and a 5 would fall off.
