Best eyeliner pen?

So, I use pencils (mac) and gel eyeliners (bobbi brown) but want a felt tip pen style liner for speed. I had one from Avon but it stayed wet for ages and hit my lid leaving marks and bad no staying power. Any suggestions for a fast drying non slip pen?

I used Estee Lauder Double Wear (quickliner?) for ages but then the quality went downhill and I had a couple where the pigment wasn't very good. Have been using a pencil in the meantime but want something similar to you.

I have 3 from collection 2000 i only got them to try because they are 2.99 each and were on 3 for 2 at the time. They are great! I was so surprised by them. I have purple, teal and black. There are quite a few colours and they last ages. They don't budge once they're on and dry really quick. I haven't even looked at that brand since i was a teen but i wouldn't bother with different eye liners now.

Artliner by Lancome. Does not smudge, lasts all day, better staying power than Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner.
