Anyone know what this nail buffer thingy is called?

Yesterday in House of Fraser, the assistant tried out this nail buffer thing on me. Looked like a small block. She rubbed each side over my nails and I ended up with a lovely glossy finish. Still looking great today. I didn't buy it, didn't ask the make or the price, but I am seriously impressed and thought I might put it on my Christmas list.
Anyone know what it is?

it just sounds like a 4 way nail buffer to me. 4 sides and a spongy middle? You can get them cheap as chips so don't bother with House of Fraser prices 99p on fragrance direct website just google 4 way nail buffer. Good for lovely shiny nails and the massaging action of buffing improves blood flow under the nails which helps them to grow.

Wow really? Even leaving you with that beautiful glossy finish? Might treat myself at 99pSmile

I've got one that says:

NeVo Dead Sea Spa on it.

They sell these in the Body Shop. I keep mine in the car to buff my nails at traffic lights!

Four for a pound at the pound shop.

Go easy though - don't thin your nails too much with the coarser grade sides.
