elephant parade silver ring + ring sizing

lost my ring suspect dc has hidden it in her many bags
it was a simple silver elephant parade ring. a bit like the second one except with a swarowski crystal in one of the eyes.
if I were to find one again, could you help with sizing? have quite chunky knuckles but not chubby fingers but am clueless about the numbers.

this chart shows the letters and also the size in mm. Can you measure your knuckle and work it out? Or measure an existing ring?

If it's a bit too small just get them to add a bit at the back. Might mean that your back elephant is a wee bit splodgy but you'd never ever see it.

Weirdly, I have only just started wearing mine again.

have found a ring I like in the amazon sales.
have measured and converted into a letter. if the ring size says 'half' from measurements, should I get a size bigger or smaller and get it widened?

Go bigger, it's easier/cheaper to make smaller than the opposite.
