What's the best hair dryer you know of?

Just that really, I'm in the market for a new one and don't want to get it wrong. I tried a friend's Tony & Guy Excel dryer and it was fab but is £60 so before I splurge, I thought I'd ask for recommendations to see if there are dryers that are equally as powerful, for a smaller outlay Smile thank you!

I was searching for this the other day and it seems parlux is the one most recommended on mn. Not tried it myself yet.

Parlux is far superior to T and G - I used them for years and then discovered Parlux. Pricey but so worth it. More powerful, lighter, better nozzles and dries hair in half the time.

Awesome thanks for your advice, I've ordered the parlux ionic ceramic model. Can't wait to try it!

Oh wow, fancy Wink I have the bog standard 3200 one. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

They are powerful so keep the hairdryer moving all the time and a good distance from your hair, if you want to set a style then use the cool shot. otherwise you'll fry your hair!

Oooh, please come back and tell us what it's like?

Parlux is the Rolls Royce of the hairdryer world apparently, can't quite justify the price of one at this point in time though.

Ooh I'm excited. Thanks for the tips valium much appreciated. So heat as usual then cool shot to set it rather over frying. Cheers
