A nice black long sleeve top, nice enough to wear with a short black skirt.

Probably not lace, but maybe sheer ish.

Needs to be around £20 and preferably on the high street so I can try on before buying.

Warehouse has a couple of nice things. I've just bought a fairly high necked top with a bit of a Victorian look around the yoke and sheer sleeves. I can't find it on the website though. I tend to go for very quiet clothes, so it might be a bit understated if you like more embellishment.

I dont really want to have anything with too much embellishments tbh.

I tried a dress on in warehouse and it looked lovely but I refuse to pay £130 for a dress for my works christmas do.

Ive found a skirt that is identical to the dresd so just need the top.

I have exhausted google but havent seen much.
