Having never bought from there before, I haven't a clue.

Dd wants a hoodie andnive bought her one of the really warm fleecy ones. I got a Medium. She is an average sized 11 year old, slim but not skinny iykwim. Will the medium be ok?

A medium would fit a size 10-12 in adult sizing.

Medium is generous on me - I'm a 5ft11, size 10 adult with 32D bust - so I think it'll probably be a bit big.

Also, although their size charts match up, I find Hollister sizes a lot bigger than their equivalent in A&F.

From the looks of it, it looked a bit small!

DD is 5 ft tall exactly and 11 in January. She wears an xs and even that is generous!

Really?! Oh dear, I'd better change it then. I don't think my dd is 5 foot yet, think she's about 4 foot 10.

The arms on an xs will probably be a little bit longer than ideal then! i'm sure your DD will love it though.
