Recommendations for decent base and top coats

As my nail varnish seems to chip about 2 secs after I do it regardless of the base and top coats I use!

I use nail envy for a base coat as it really strengthens my nails too and seche vite top coat.

I don't bother with a base coat but love nails inc Kensington top coat.

seche vite top coat is the bees kneez, have bought it as presents for friends and none of us will use anything else!
