Just roughly.

And do they usually offer finance options?

From urban dictionary

  1. Breat

a mixture of brilliant and great - when something is too amazing for any other word

Man 1 - Dude, whats up?
Man 2 - Nothing mate, im proper breat today actually

Not sure how you'd improve on that. Grin

I'm afraid I have no idea as to cost, but i reckon it would vary greatly depending on where you went. After all that went on, in the news, about those faulty implants causing problems, you are a braver woman than I for considering it.

Mine was £5k which was 6 years ago and with Transform.

You can get them cheaper but the clinic I used had a great reputation and I felt really comfortable with the staff, surgeon etc.
