Thoughts on this purse please

Do you think this is a nice purse to use for going out - a prospective present for my sister (late 30s)?

Sorry, I just think the bow is too overpowering and the colour ways just not quite right.. but that's only my opinion!

I like it, it's fun and kitsch. Infinitely prefer the metallic though!
