Parlux parlux parlux -they are amazing and there is a reason hairdressers use them. You won't need more than 3200 for home use - it's much bigger than it looks on the screen - there is nothing compact about it - it's a full size drier.

Ooh thanks Chablis I just ordered one off there for DD for Christmas. She's nearly 12 and asked for a decent hair dryer because hers is rubbish and takes forever to dry her long hair. It's expensive but I figure it should get a lot of use through her teens.

Oh and I went for purple!

I ordered the new parlux dryer yesterday lunchtime

It arrived today and I'm in far flung bit of the uk.

Dh think I should have gone for the 3800 but I think the 3200 is ample.

My hair is really thick and the 3200 i smote than enough power.
