Fit Flops boots

What is your opinion about Fit Flops boots? I'm looking at the ankle model in brow, similar to Ugg. Too mumsy?? I wear size 5 for flat shoes but my Ugg size is 5,5. What size would Fit Flop boot be for me? I need to bid on Ebay.

No idea about size, people seem to hate them on MN but not sure why as they are very comfy, I like them.

I think they come up pretty big so you need to try on in the flesh before ebay.

I don't have thje time to go try in flesh till Sat, I will hide my cards son I don't buy in the shops...how much do they cost anyway, I get it cheaper than Uggs? I'm fed up with Uggs, want to get rid of mine , but I'm also worried my feet will go cold..

Better than Uggs according to a friend who is the font of all knowledge with anything to do with boots.

Make sure you can return if you buy online - as the sizing is crucial for them to be comfortable and they do come up big.

Buy a 5 if unsure.They might feel a bit tight at first but will soon give.I find them more comfortable than Uggs but they do make your feet more sweaty.The boots are sheepskin lined but the footbed is not[at least they're not in mine].Hence i always wear socks with mine.I have another pair of sheepskin booties that i wear with bare feet at home.Sometimes you can pick them up in TK Maxx.I have just bought a pair of leather hoopers for 59 pounds there.
Pinit if you read this sorry about my lack of reply to last weeks pm.The shoes were lost .I eventually found them behind the washing machine where the dog must have put them.Let me check they are ok still.

I tried some on today and the salesperson said the boots come up small. (While most of the flipflops come up large). I was a 7 in the trainers and an 8 in the boots.
