Well, some anyway
I'm going back to work after several years away from the workplace, and need a new work wardrobe, but don't know where to start.... Can you help, please?
Work
- corporate environment, relatively senior position, male-dominated environment with most in pinstripe suits
- working 3 or 4 days a week
Family
- will have school and nursery run to do before work, so clothes need to be semi-practical
- youngest is 12 months so still at the snotty / teary stage, so clothes need to be machine washable
Me
- size 12, with big ish hips / bottom and a shorty at 5'1"
- paranoid about sweaty armpits so tend towards dark colours / layers and wouldn't wear anything sleeveless or with v short sleeves
Budget
- not sure! I'm thinking £60-80 for a dress? £120-150 for a suit? That kind of ball park anyway (but always happy to spend less if possible, and could be convinced to spend more if I had to)
