Can anyone help my dad please? Body warmer needed

Am staying with my mum and dad. DDad is looking for a body warmer but has some fairly specific requirements.

1. needs a hood. Not a concealed one
2. needs a front top pocket he can keep a bus pass in
3. not totally sure of budget but not v expensive
4. not one that a person going fishing would wear

If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful :)

Have you had a look here? Some quite 'trendy' looking ones.

Meant to add, not many have a front top pocket but they do have front zipped pockets ie quite secure.
