Reasonably priced eye shadow pallette?

AuntieMaggie · 11/11/2012 10:11

I want an eyeshadow pallette with a range of colours (blue, purple, etc) so that when I go away with work I don't have to take loads of single eyeshadows with me.

Any recommendations for a cheapish one that also lasts?

Have a look on the boots website. Lots on there and 3:2 at the moment.

LegArmpits · 11/11/2012 10:59

H&M do a surprisingly good one for £5.99, loads of colours and very compact.

MissBeehivingUnderTheMistletoe · 11/11/2012 12:25

The MUA ones from Superdrug are very good

MrsMiniversCharlady · 11/11/2012 12:26

Second vote for MUA

colditz · 11/11/2012 12:28

Mua again. I have several and they are very good and very reasonably priced.

SofaKingOld · 11/11/2012 13:56

Another vote here MUA from superdrug. Amazing quality for the price and they've got 3 for 2 offer.

AlmostAHipster · 11/11/2012 14:03

Definitely MUA - they are just as good as Smashbox and that's saying something!

kaumana · 11/11/2012 14:33

Another vote for MUA from me.

seabuckthorn · 11/11/2012 14:38

Another MUA vote. The trio I recently bought even showed me where to apt each colour on my lid.

kiwigirl42 · 11/11/2012 14:50

MUA (Make up Academy) at Superdrug are really well pigmented so you can go lightly or really intense - have been compared favourably on MN to much more expensive brands

QueenieLovesEels · 11/11/2012 14:53

MUA here too. They are fab-u-lous

TerrorNotSoFrightened · 11/11/2012 14:57

MUA, Sleek or INGLOT freedom system, where you can buy an empty palette and choose 10 shades to fill it up with.

MooMinCow · 11/11/2012 16:48

Sleek 'original' eye palette if you want some brights or their 'storm' one if you want more dark smoky colours. MUA good too, but I think if you want variation in shades Sleek wins (plus they include a versatile matte black eyeshadow in each palette)

Neena28 · 11/11/2012 16:50

Sleek. Have 4 palettes and used to exclusively use mac. Won't bother paying mac prices for 1 shadow when for 7 ish quid I can have 12!

FayeKinitt · 11/11/2012 19:03

Another vote for MUA!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 11/11/2012 19:06

Where can you get the Sleek ones from?

If anybody wants a neutrals one, Urban Decay Naked is brilliant. It's not cheap but I've used it almost every day for nearly a year, so it has worked out at v good value cost per wear!

puzzlepetal · 11/11/2012 19:22

Sleek is sold in Superdrug.

MooMinCow · 11/11/2012 19:34

linky for Sleek eye palettes. Their blushers are superb also, and 3 for 2 in Superdrug at the moment (have indulged this week Blush)

MrsMeow · 11/11/2012 19:44

MUA = amazing.

They do a copy of the Urban Decay Naked palette called 'Undressed" for £4.

rubyslippers · 11/11/2012 19:45

YY to MUA palette

The undressed palettes is fabulous - wear it everyday and it lasts

AuntieMaggie · 12/11/2012 20:04

Thank you. I have a naked palette but wanted a more colourful one where I can have all the colours in one place iyswim?
