I bought a great blazer in h and m sale on navy- the 10 fits great on the arms and shoulders but I can't button it up over my bust. The 12 is a little looser and does button up. I prefer the fitted look of the 10, so was wondering if the shrunken fitted blazer is more in fashion/trendy? Is it better to size down or will it just look too small? Please help!
