Does Moroccan Oil come with a pump?

I am about to buy some Moroccan Oil (100ml) but the packaging is putting me off. I can see myself using half the bottle when I am just trying to use a tiny bit. Can anybody enlighten me please?

so did mine, it was a seperate one that you screw into place once you take the lid off.

You could always decant it into a pump bottle - super drug do some.
