Loving all the bra fitting info going on at the moment! But it's all raised another question for me.
I was wearing a 36A and had done for years until I went to a fabulous independent shop and was remeasured at 32DD.
It is now all a bit of a blur but I learned how to scoop!
My confusion is that I thought I was told to always do up my bras on the tightest fitting but now I am reading on mums net that I should keep it on the loosest fitting -please help!

Yes, always try on bras on the loosest fitting. This means you have room to tighten the back as the material stretches over time. I usually find that I need to move the middle hooks after a few months wear.

Loosest fitting, the only exception to this is if you are pregnant when you buy on tightest to give room for inevitable expansion of ribs!
