Can it be resoled?

I would not know but get a good cobbler on the case

I used to get soled before I wore as mostly the soles were paper thin

How old are they? I'd be taking them back to the shop on the basis that even if they said "no" to a replacement I'd have the start of a good moany thread on Style and Beauty

I think LK Bennett shoes always have to be resoled. I had a pair and after a few wears, a hole developed so I sent them back. I think a shoe that needs resoling before wearing isn't fit for purpose.
