Recommendations for good shampoo/conditioner for winter?

My is fairly long and always dry at the ends in the winter and flyaway. Can anyone recommend any shampoos/conditioners/treatment which may keep it in a better condition and easier to manage.

Have just had about 4 inches taken of, but any other winter care you can suggest would be great.

Green People Intensive Repair conditioner is pretty awesome, i have fairly dried out ends and it helps a lot. Cheapest you can get it is here. You need to leave it on the hair for around 3-4 minutes ideally while you shower etc. Just rake a tiny bit through the roots or it can be too heavy. Loads on the ends of hair.

Thank you so much. I will certainly order some!

Just been having a look at their website and might get some of the aloe vera shampoo as well for my daughter who gets a flaky scalp in winter.
