Zara order processing time - two weeks and counting, normal?

I've ordered two things from Zara two weeks ago, and the order is still sitting at processing. I'm no where near a store, hence online.

Is this normal? Customer service blurb suggests it might be.

no. normally arrives within 3 days. ring the customer servs number and be prepared for rudeness!

I always get my things in a couple of days. I orederd a scarf on Sunday night and it arrived today. Have you been able to ring them?

I always receive my order in a couple of days with standard delivery so two weeks is definitely not normal for them. You should speak to them.

Mine took a couple if days . Lovely box and packaging too
