Does anyone have a good 'recipe' for home-made moisturiser? I've made several attempts to make my own based on YouTube tutorials but all have turned out far too runny. I'm determined not to give up, especially as I've spent a fortune on essential oils.

Do you just want a basic moisturiser or something that 'does' something other than moisturise?

I made a kind of miosturising bar for my face and body with raw organic shea butter, cacao butter and coconut oil with essential oils. I warmed the oils up and put the essential oils in and mixed in anout before decanting into a novety ice cube tray. Had left overs for Xmas pressies, I bet the recipients were sooo impressed. [hhmm]

Did you know that carrot seed oil is meant to be great for your skin?

Just a basic moisturiser that I can add oils to. I have quite dry and sensitive skin and like a thicker, richer cream.
