What's the holy grail of eyeliner? I.e. one that STAYS PUT on the waterline?

I've tried setting it with powder, using gel liner etc but it always starts to look "patchy" quite quickly...

Dior waterproof every time

If you don't mind using an eye pencil instead of liquid/gel eyeliner, then nothing beats Urban Decay 24/7. You have to trust me on this.

Mac Powerpoint eye pencil beats everything else hands down. It's water resistant and comes in all sorts of tremendous colours. I've worn it every day since discovering a few years ago.
