.... they have some amazingly bargainous boots, one pair of which I've just ordered - Stuart Weitzman for 145 reduced from 5 hundred and something. Supposedly ex-display, but they look fine to me! They have Kurt Geiger, Biba, Che Mihara (for 69 quid!). Got my despatch email already too. I hope it isn't too good to be true...

Following your tip I've just bought some KG sandals for £19. I know it's winter but my dog ate my favourite brown sandals this summer and then my second favourite ones literally collapsed from over use! I really like the KG biker boots but can't afford them.

I have used them and they were great, 2 pairs of Nicole Farhi boots for a fraction of their original price. Perfect condition too.

I found a pair of bronze KG bikers a few weeks ago and was so pleased, but then they cancelled my order as they weren't in stock. Grrr.

for this - just ordered Kurt Geiger Saskia boots, we are utterly skint and I'd given up all hope of being able to afford decent leather riding boots for winter - these were £180 down to £39 and I absolutely love them! They were only available in my size, was meant to be! Had been eyeing them up on the KG website. Just hoping they arrive ok now.

Julia - no, I haven't dyed yet! I'm going to see if I can find the cold water dye thing next week - not sure where you can buy it here.

Isn't it a fantastic site? Well I hope it is. I spent a whole day last week trudging round cambridge looking for some boots which fitted and were comfortable and the only ones that came near were SO overpriced it was ridiculous.

Mine are due to be delivered on Monday - I hope the cosmetic damage is really just that....

I just wanted to say.... my boots have arrived and they are absolutely perfect in every way - I couldn't be more pleased!!! I have my eye on several other things now ....

their stock changes very often - keep checking!

Be warned! If you want to return the shoes you have to pay for postage yourself (cost me nearly £10) after the pictures of the boots on the website weren't clear & they take about a month to refund your account!! Terrible customer service.

if you buy something and it's not as described, they will collect for free. All you need to do is contact them. I did this myself once. Can't remember how long it took to refund though ..

I returned some shoes using collect plus which is half the Royal Mail cost. They refunded promptly including the original p and p which not everyone does despite legal requirements. If they have what you want they are great.

I've been looking at some of the Carvela flats, however I've got feet like bricks, short and wide. Does anyone know whether they are narrow or not?

I've ordered from them and also returned stuff, found their customer service v good and prompt refunds.

This company are awful, if you have to send anything back it will take ages to get your money, if at all, after lots of emails now they say they haven't got the shoes, though I have receipt from the P.O

Well very dissapointed with shoeaholics made a purchase recently and after 7 days they cancelled my order, they did not even sent an email to inform me , and found out from paypal.When I checked the page the item appeared normal and available , then I sent inquiry and after 3 minutes it was sold.I will never return to this online shop.
