Judge these boots

Mum boots?

I'm 39. I think they are ok but wouldn't choose them. A bit boring but not sure if they'd be classed as a mum boot.

They're lovely. Not Mum boots at all.

I'm 42 and wouldn't wear them. Ugly colour and a non style - not a proper shoe boot nor an ankle boot.

I like the brown suede version but I am not so keen on the tan leather.

they work very well with skinnies
they were in the Grauniad style supplement last week, BTW

AND ....you'll have that ridiculous sock on show look whenever you sit down or bend at the knees

The brown are ok but not keen on the tan.

I'm judging, and they aren't getting many points. Sorry. They are just a bit blah.

Horrid

I have tried these on but there is just something not quite right about them. I think perhaps it is the curved bit at the top, it just needed to be a little longer or straight. If you want this colour,these are better I think

Don't like them, they somehow manage to look bland and a bit odd at the same time IMO.

Yes they are mum boots - am sure you can get much nicer ones for that price. TBH find Clarks a bit mumsy in general

Something a bit Katie Holmes about them-they remind me of that tan suede pair she was stapled to.

Personally I'm not into tan myself, so would only look at these if the tan is dark or I was after a black pair. Regarding style, I'm 45 and like them, so would certainly try them on if looking for a pair.

I looked at those Nerd but there's something just not quite right with them.

I bought these instead but they tan, not brown. That photo is really dodgy.

I like them. Toyed with the idea of the black ones but someone on here said they were v shiny and can't be doing that.

So I got the tan ones, and they are very nice, actually, just what I was looking for.
