Ordering from Zara

Am trying to order online from Zara, I haven't ordered before, and when I get as far as paying, I enter my card details, confirm my order, and it comes back with a 'your card is not 3D secure', and rejects my order. Can anyone tell me what this message means?

I've used the card many many a few times before and it's fine for other online companies with no problems and no funny messages.

no idea, that's weird! maybe you could call them and ask?

I need to call the bank I think. It's not a nearly out of date card or anything odd. I can't figure it.

Think you need to sign up to 3d secure with your bank

How come I've never had to do that before Chablis?

I think I had to sign up after one too many online purchases Blush to make sure it was really me using the card or maybe your bank had just introduced it.
