Bargain Warehouse dress

I have just ordered this dress from Warehouse in the sale for a bargain £8 + £3.50 delivery, to wear at an Xmas party or two.

Please tell me it's not hideous!

Not hideous -- but doesn't say Xmas party to me. More of a summer dress.

Argh - that's what I originally thought, but my DH said it would be fine for Xmas! Why do i listen to him about fashion?

Anyway at that price I could always save it for Summer, if it fits!

I am 5ft 2, 10-12 but happy to wear high heels! It won't look as short on me.

I think it's a perfect dress for someone of your height, especially with heels. Sometimes on taller women it looks like they've forgotten their pants

I think it's a great dress....sequins glam it up so i think it woukd work great for a christmas party. Agree with black tights...x

It appears to have disappeard from the website now, they must be sold out in all sizes! Did I create a stampede?

I've found it on ebay - it's this dress, but not as much of a bargain on ebay!

I received mine this week, however it's a little snug on my hips as I ordered the size 10 based on review of it being big, but my hips are usually a decent 12. Although the top half fits fine, so maybe a 12 dress still wouldn't have looked right.

I have offered it to my slimmer hipped sister!
