Date night outfit ideas

Hi,
I want ideas for a date night out. It's for DP birthday on a Monday night which limits how dressy I can get I think! I want something quite wow but remembering its a Monday night I don't want to look out of place :( I'm 26 if that helps!

Do you wear dresses or do you prefer trousers?

I wear dresses usually rather than trousers. I'm not really sure I have a style! I tend to wear tighter fitting clothes as i'm quite petite and can look buried a bit in loser clothes. Hope that helps!
