My mum wants to buy me a coat for Christmas, but get it now-ish for winter. I'm trying to build my capsule wardrobe and, if it helps, I'm a sahm who prefers to look very smart when possible. I am ditching most of my wardrobe which is well-worn supermarket stuff that's not worth the charity shop's time and trying to invest in a few nice (read 'naice') pieces.
I have accrued a couple of nice radley bags - one black, one tan with a little navy doggy. I have a full length black overcoat, and a princess length grey coat with a full skirt. I have tan ankle boots and some lovely new black knee boots.
I quite like this

in camel but am mildly concerned that it could clash with the tan items (or my auburn hair, but that's harder to guess).
What do you think? Better in the navy mix? Or will I look a sight anyway?
(the reviews that say it is flattering to those with a tum make me rejoice as I'm still working on the baby weight -having troughed 2/3 of a tub of Ben and Jerry's core tonight
