I'm still waiting for something I ordered about 3-4 weeks ago and, to add insult to injury, one of the items is out of stock but they didn't tell me that until 3 weeks after I placed the order .

I could have knitted the bloody things quicker (and I don't even knit!)

and ps there is another thread with 20% off code which can be added to sale items, I got 5 things for £37 inc delivery!

Use these two codes together: 1304 and 9910. One of them is for £5 off and the other is 20% (I think) off the most expensive item. I never shop at H&M online without these two codes and they don't appear to expire.

When I ordered a few things I happened to mention it to my neighbour who said "good luck, I've been waiting weeks for mine to arrive".

I've just checked my emails and I ordered exactly 3 weeks ago and I had an email 4 days ago to say its been dispatched (but there's no sign of it yet)

I presumed that they were always that slow but it seems not.

now I've said that this last order probably won't appear until Christmas.......!

I ordered something in September came yesterday !! never again (I live just outside London) ...

I just got email from courier confirming delivery today or tomorrow, so all exactly as per my previous order so far....

there is one item missing, but they did email me to say I would be receiving it next month as it's not in stock

Hooray my order finally arrived today!

..............1 week on from the dispatch email
..............1 item went out of stock in the meantime.

I don't think I'll be ordering from them again unless its something that is highly desirable, virtually free and not needed for some time
