Phase 8 sizing

Can anyone tell me what Phase Eight sizing is like??

Same as M&S?

Same as Jaeger?

Same as H&M?

I'm small-shouldered, small-waisted, big-high-boobed and fat-armed, and massively arsed, and long-legged and heavy-thighed. I realise that sounds like a description of a lady from a niche website for gentlemen

M&S I'd say. I recently bought a phase 8 dress in a size 12, I'm usually somewhere between a 12 & 14.

I'd say phase 8 are relatively generously sized. When I was expecting I found that I fitted into some phase eight clothes right until the end of my pregnancy. Lots of stretchy jersey materials that are still quite flattering now that I've lost a bit of weight. I am 14 at the moment but have been12 to 16 in the last few years.
