Hi Jane it's cotton but has stretch but doesn't look knitted or slimey iykwim. If wear for smart casual or even evening, hits on knee I'm 1.70m

I am a 10/12 marks bottom but thin legs. Got a size 10

Skirt is proper pencil. Not like boden shit that flares out. Nice and straight.
