Which budget lipliners are good?

I'd usually get something better but I'm skint! Basically I'm after something longlasting that's not drying.

Sally Hansen does a clear/invisible one which you put just outside the edges of your lips. It goes with everything, isn't greasy, lasts all day and isn't remotely drying. You can get it on ebay for about £3 :).

I really like Boots No7 lip pencil in nude. It is brill and there is usually a no7 voucher going when you buy something.

I also think the boots No. 7 one is okay, it is twistable and quite soft, so easy on the lips, I loved Revlon colourstay, it was my perfect lip pencil, but I can't find them.
