boden fleece-lined anorak

dd needs a winter coat and i'm not very inspired by the choices. the only thing i really like is the the navy striped fleecy anorak by boden. now, ignoring fact dd would be most unimpressed by a navy coat, would i regret not buying something warmer? just how warm is it people?

They are warm. Dd1 doesn't comoksin of being cold in the snow with one on. She did have hat scarf and gloves on too. I think for the UK it's warm enough.
This year dd1 chose the red/orange one with small flowers on.
I prefer her joules one which is padded and wAterproof with sealed seams.
