difference between eau de toilette and the concentree version?

Is the second better like eau de parfum?

Eau de parfum is purer and so more expensive. Eau de toilette is basically watered down eau de parfum iyswim.

I get that but what is eau de toilette concentree?

I'm looking at chanel aftershave if that helps

Surely it will be concentrated eau de toilette so still not as pure as the eau de parfum. Eau de parfum tends to linger on the skin longer in my opinion but I find with Chanel the eau de toilette is just as good as the parfum for staying power.
