Non bobbling cardigan

I'm after a non bobbling jumper, what fabrics do I need to avoid? I've checked one cardi which hasn't bobbled, and it's a mix of acrylic and cotton, another cardi which has bobbled is 100% acrylic.

So what am I looking for? (budget is £20-30)

Merino wool is good for non-bobbling. What style/colour are you looking for?

derekthehamster · 08/10/2012 14:16

A long length/oblong style in black or dark grey

I like that scoop neck jumper you linked to dexter. What is Uniqlo sizing like? It goes up yo XL, on the size chart it says xl is 40/41" bust. Which makes it about a 14 equivalent I think?

Dollydowser · 08/10/2012 17:13

Sorry dexter, you didn't link to it at all, I found it on the site from your link though (sorry if I confused you!). It's a cashmere scoop neck jumper and comes inroads of lovely colours. But I have more than my fair share in the norm department and not sure I can sweeze into their sizes.

I think Uniqlo jumpers are a bit on the generous side. I am a size 12 and a M fits me well. Maybe order a L and an XL to see which fits better.

Just had a look at those jumpers and they are gorgeous! If you use the code ocado10 you get £10 off a £60 spend.

Sould have read norks, not norms! Bloody IPad. I need at least an xl, normally an 18 in tops.
