How do I get Caroline Flack curls?

I just canNNNOT master curling with ghds, and I Love Caroline's lovely curls, although v glad she's thought better of the dip dye fad. Advice please !

Thanks - at shoulder length and fine as baby hair the sock bun was quite literally a flop. Envious !
