Not sure whether to post here or in health, but any advice hugely appreciated!

I am 33, and over the last 6-9 months I have started getting a number of small 'lumps' on my face. Initially they look like spots - perhaps 1-2mm across - but they never change colour (never redden), there is nothing to squeeze, and neither do they ever go away! I now have about 6 of them, all over my face, but absolutely no idea what they are.

Skin-coloured moles? Large skin cells?

Perhaps more importantly, is there anything anyone can do for them? Is there a cream, or a beauty treatment, or is this age?

I would go to the Dr, just to have them looked at properly.

I'm no expert but they sound like milia which are blocked sebaceous glands. A bit like a sealed spot. My facial lady said you can use a sterilised needle to lift the top off them but you need to exfoliate regularly to prevent them.
