mint velvet leggings sizing ?

after reading rave reviews on here about mv leggings and that they are generously sized i ordered a pair size small.
i am a size 10 -12 and they were so tight i could barely get them on! they were stopping the blood when i finally managed it !
now, im not sure if it was also because i had them stretched so tight but they didnt seem quite so super thick as reviews had me believe either .

have they changed them or have i put on alot of weight? not sure whether to exchange for a medium or look elsewhere???

I ordered the medium based on the suggested sizing, I'm a 14 and found them ridiculously tight so its not just you. I wasn't overly fond of them so returned them and have gone back to my Boden pair - Boden leggings IMHO are fab.

thanks , boden were next on the hit list. i just want some that are not see through!
