and a 12/14

there were 2 shirt dresses i found in hennes. looked at them for you lot as they look crap on me. thin cotton one with frills, in brown-grey & blue-grey, v. nice, less shirty, more dressy. there was a black linen one which looked good too, but i love linen.

bought fab green linen wide leg trousers, plain black LONG cotton top & pale green knee length linen skirt. am going back to purchase more of the same tops...

Fishy, could you take the Next dress up a bit fit he rest of the fit is good ? Might try it out then, although suspect my norks would be a bit squashed in too (32F)

Coddy you have just convined me, I have fat arms - real dinner lady stuff, so tight arms on you, mean blood constricting on me.

And I found a £25 gift voucher from Oasis I had lost :) I got it last year for my B'day but nothing has fitted me in there since, now I've lost weight I can use it :)

I tried it on, a bit tight, but sexy though, however popper missing on one I tried on, no other size 14's. Also I have found an Oasis voucher, so sorted :)

It was the tight arms that did it for me, nogo to Next one

hoxty those sound lovely, top shop also has LONG tops if you can bear the crush or get there early...

had to go back to h&m this morning (to return a top not the shirtdress) and i spotted another more casual style shirtdress - small pintucks on the front with a round neck. REALLY nice

then i tried it on and the buttons are really far apart therefore gap tremendously, and the sizes are WAY too small around the waist - too tight on the waist but massive around the norks

shame, because it was really nice (only £14.99 iirc)

Well Oasis dress is 'in the bag', and I also bought a fab 3" wide black leather patent belt to go round it, huge buckle 'a la Fendi' :)

Well I have a huge choice :o I am thinking tomorrow it will be with fishnets and high heeled black wedge peeptoe slingbacks (wow what a mouthful) Would also look fab with some round toed stillettos I have, or even hot pink stilettos. Or maybe knee length black satin boots, or red patent ballet pumps, or maybe some green sequin 'come dancing' style ones :) I need a wardrobe rummage :)

The good thing is ith the belt and heels I can wear it to meetings, with it's own belt and flip flops it's cool for the beach :)
