I've realised that my comfy tee-shirt/jersey style bras are not actually doing me any favours in the support department. I don't like lacy bits showing through my clothes of padding. I've only M&S or house of Fraser to shop in or boutique type places (ie expensive!!). Any recommendations?

Should I get measured in the fancy boutique and they try and get same online? Or do I really need to be trying them on.

Yep, you need to go for a fitting/trying on session. Debenhams do some good t-shirt bras and the Freya Deco is a good staple too.
