Remington Curling Pearl Wand

I was originally looking for a fat ring to curl my hair with big waves but searched high and low and all the 38mm seem to get mediocre or bad reviews.

Spotted the curling wand with 150 reviews and 4 stars so bought it.

Just arrived and I am finding it difficult to use. The curls are not very loose which I wanted. I have long very thick hair.

Any tips?

Curl larger sections of hair, it will give a looser wave :)

Marking place as have been thinking about one of these . An after big structured waves .

It took me a while to get used to it too. Curl bigger sections of hair, make sure the hair all sits at the large end of the barrel, and don't keep it in for too long - 5-8 seconds at 180 is enough to make loose waves in my hair.

And yes the 38 mm barrel tongs do nothing, I have one!
