Is it possible to find a stylish bag that can carry heavy text books/files?

I am studying this year - I have loads of text books and notes and need something to carry them around in. Does such a thing as a stylish rucksack exist? Or is there a shoulder bag big and sturdy enough to cope with the weight of the books?

i buy lots of the cloth bags from charity shops, they usually last quite well

I've been very happy with a leather Zatchel - you can get it in fashion colors to brighten up your life or a classic neutral one (mine is cream). Vintage leather satchels and saddle bags are also having their fashion moment right now.
