Loose powder that isn't too matte

Has anyone come across such a thing? I don't want sparkles but something that doesn't age me by looking flat would be great. Currently use Clinique but I'm hoping there's a better one out there.

YSL loose powder is lovely.

Sorry, just realised you asked about loose powder. But honestly try the NYC, I used to use loose powder but will never go back to it after using this.
