Where can I get sheepskin boot liners?

I'm sure I've heard them mentioned on here but when I Google all I get is things for horses! They sound like they'd be ideal as I could hopefully move them from one pair of boots to the next instead of buying a new warm pair.

Ebay Smile

I wouldn't survive winter without mine, you do need a bit of space in you boots though, if your boots are a snug fit already they won't fit. Clarks do thermal insoles that are less bulky than the sheepskin and just as warm IME

Celtic Sheepskin liners

I think there was also a discount code mentioned in a thread on S&B yesterday.

planestrainsautomobiles · 20/09/2012 11:38

Just found it for you
with SLA12, you have to pay for delivery though.

GobblersKnob · 20/09/2012 11:44

The ones from Celtic Sheepskin and gorgeous, hightly recommended.

I just got two pairs for £5 from Amazon a couple of weeks ago and they're lovely and toasty.

WhyTheBigGoldPaws · 20/09/2012 12:50

That's brilliant, thanks. Can I just ask - don't they ruck up under your foot like insoles can tend to? I was imagining them as more like a sheepskin sock than flat.

Mine haven't moved around but then I have them in flat leather bikers rather than Uggs

MissFoodie · 20/09/2012 15:51

I was looking too, but thinking more like long socks rather than insoles....ie something that goes up your legs not just under your feet,
anyone seen anything like this?

MissFoodie · 20/09/2012 15:54

eBay

Buy a size or two larger then you need and they won't ruck, start to slowly cut them to fit, cutting a bit off each time and keep putting them into your boot to see if they fit and are comfy, they should still be a bit bigger then your boot then they won't ruck.

cerealqueen · 20/09/2012 20:40

Did I say they won't ruck? Hope they don't now....

BikeRunSki · 20/09/2012 20:47

For extra toastyness, wear merino wool socks from Smartwool.

Thanks again, lots of great suggestions for toasty-footedness :)

I know this is an old thread, but I saw these and thought I'd share

dexter73 · 25/10/2012 16:31
