Anyone fancy helping me find a lovely everyday dress (or 2!)

I'm so sick and tired of wearing jeans all day every day (that and I've gone off all my jeans at the moment-none of them fit right-but that's another problem!) and I fancy a change. I love the idea of a feminine, floaty dress (I suppose what I mean is not a very fitted, tight one).
I'm a 30yr old sahm, size 10/12, 5'8". I don't suit most wintery colours and black, maroon, dark green are very bad on me. Bright navy and bright colours in general are better. Oh also the lower it costs the better!
I have no idea where to look-please point me in the right direction! DH and are about to book a mini holiday to Florence without the DD's-It would be great to wear something nice for once!!!!

I've just bought this and love it. It would look even better on you as you're taller than me:

Dorothy Perkins had nice inexpensive dresses earlier this year.

I'm currently pregnant so haven't bought one, but I will be buying from people tree when this baby comes! They have some fab everyday dresses, have a look!

gazzalw · 19/09/2012 12:32

What about the Uniqlo Orla Kiely ones - they look fab!

TiredMule · 19/09/2012 12:57

Dammit gazzalw-they do but they don't have my size in the ones I like and there isn't a Uniqlo anywhere near me Sad

Pink-there are some lovely ones there! May order one if the ASOS ones are no good!
