Bargain brogues for the unsure

I've been deliberating over brogues for a little while, I like them on other people, but not sure if I'd actually wear them.
Anyway, I found some in new look for a bargain 7.99. I don't expect them to last years, but long enough for me to decide if I want to invest in some. I got them in grey and tan, they are in store as well as online here

I love my brogues, chaos! Let me know how you go with those, I invested a bit more and get some from Clarks as they seemed a lot more sturdy but interested to know how the NL version bears up.

Oh brogues are fantastic, they go with everything! Primark/Penney's have lovely ones two, for about a tenner. I got some red suede ones last week, wearing them with fishnets and a giant black tent because I'm pg and the size of a house.

Good spot. I did the same thing -- purchased a cheap pair to test the waters. Now I'm on to more sturdy ones.

Love brogues too. I have a green pair and black heeled pair. I also bought a tan leather pair off eBay which turned out to be Jane Norman but you'd never know! I'd love a red suede pair, they sound great!

I keep finding my self drawn to brothel creepers though...
